The more raffle tickets you buy, the better your chances! The winners will be selected on Oct. 10.

Proceeds benefit the more than 10,000 individuals and families Northeast Arc helps become full participants in the community, choosing for themselves how to live, learn, work, socialize, and play.

The first winner drawn will have his/her choice of the prizes, and each subsequent winner will have his/her choice of the remaining prizes. There is no limit to the number of prizes an individual can win.

Terms & Conditions

Net proceeds from sales of raffle tickets will be used to support the general operations of Northeast Arc. The winners need not be present to win. Northeast Arc reserves the right to publish the name of the winners.

The value of the prize will be treated as ordinary income for federal and state income tax purposes. The winners may be required to pre-pay a portion of the tax liability prior to receiving the prize. The IRS takes the position that no portion of the ticket price will qualify as a charitable contribution for federal tax income purposes.

Members of the Northeast Arc development team and their immediate family members shall not be permitted to purchase tickets to the raffle or win the prize.
